By using the booking service at BloomingHaus, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

Bookings made through the Bukujanji platform are binding once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation through a notification in the app or on the website.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling

• Self-service rescheduling through the website is not available at this outlet. To change your schedule, contact BloomingHaus directly.

Cancellation & refunds

• This outlet does not accept refund requests for bookings that have been paid.

3. Payment

All payments are processed through an official payment gateway licensed by Bank Indonesia and PCI-DSS certified. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and QRIS.

4. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your booking. For services that state a lateness limit, that limit is shown on the booking page and in your order details. Arriving after that limit may shorten your service time or cancel the booking, depending on the outlet's policy.

5. Responsibility

BloomingHaus is responsible for providing services as described. If anything does not match, please contact the outlet directly.

6. Changes to These Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
